Day 1: Arrival

Familiarize yourself with your home for the next couple of days! Receive a healthy satisfying lunch that your stomache will thank you for before you join our juice workship. Get ready to practice some pilates and do some stretching. Relax and give your muscles the chance to recover and rest after a rewarding workout. Fuel your body with a healthy dinner and connect with your inner self with a mindful meditation session.
Day 2: Rejuvenate and De-stress
Nothing is better than starting your day with some light physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing? Yoga might not be the typical start to your day, but it will definitely be the most enjoyable. Refresh with a healthy juice of spinch, apple, and lemon followed by a hearty breakfast. Our de-stress workshop is where you will feel at peace as you release hold of your everyday life burdens that cram your mind. Consume your healthy lunch before a good workout. Stengthen your musles with some core stability and flexibility techniques, chill out, and receive an optional massage/treatment at the Royal Greens Golf and Country club next to the palace. Nouish your body with a healthy dinner and later calm your body and nervous system down with a transformational breathing session.
Day 3: Energise
Feel the gentle breeze of the sea as you practice yoga on the beach. Feel the warmth of the sand and get closer than ever to nature. Indulge in a fresh Juice of orange, carrot and ginger to prepare yourself for a fulfilling breakfast. Make healthy energy sweet balls with us in an engaging workshop. A relaxing meditation-sleep session that will improve your imagination, creativity, and patiency awaits you before your lunch.
