At 7:00AM we will pick you up from your hotel in Delgi and drop you off at the Delhi railway station to board your train to Agra. The 90-minute Gatimaan Express Train is a newly inaugurated and fastest train to get to Agra from Delhi. You will be able to have breakfast and supper on board.
At 9:50AM you will arrive at Agra Cantt railway station, where we will receive and welcome you in our Indian traditional way. Introductions will come after our welcoming.
At 10:00AM we will head to Taj Mahal, which is considered to be one of the seven wonders of the world. It is set amidst the sprawling lush green gardens and is built out of ivory-white marble. You will discover the history that makes it special and the beautiful pictures you can take with its scenic nature in the background.
At 12:00PM is lunch time! After visiting the Taj Mahal, you will surely be hungry - we will take you to a delicious and authentic local restaurant where we will have a satisfying traditional Indian lunch.
At 1:30PM we will visit the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World heritage site. Agra Fort was the main residence of emperors of the Mughal dynasty, so you will discover that time period through the structures and stories of the fort.
At 3:00PM we will visit the Local Bazaar! The city of Agra is well known for its handicrafts like marble articles, leather goods, carpets, etc. At this local bazaar, you will be able to explore the handicrafts of Agra and even purchase a keepsake as a memorabilia of your trip to Agra. You could also sit at the local cafe and spare your time by enjoying some tea or coffee.
At 5:00PM we will take you back to the Agra railway station and you will be assisted to on board your pre-booked train. The train will depart at 5:50PM. So you will arrive back to Delhi at approximate 7:30PM, where our driver will pick you up from the station and drop you back to your location.
