I am a highly trained and experienced yoga and Ayurveda instructor with a passion for helping people improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through the practice of yoga and Ayurvedic principles. With my experience teaching yoga and Ayurveda, I am committed to providing a holistic approach to health and wellness for my students. I believe that yoga and Ayurveda are complementary practices that can help individuals achieve a state of balance and harmony in their lives. Through the practice of yoga, students can develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, while Ayurveda provides a roadmap for understanding and optimizing their unique health and wellness needs. In my teaching, I use a variety of yoga styles and techniques, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga, to help students develop a well-rounded practice that meets their individual needs. I also incorporate Ayurvedic principles into my teaching, such as mindful eating, daily routines, and self-care practices, to help students achieve optimal health and wellness.
