With a love of exercise, nutrition and travel, I founded my Health Retreats in 2010 delivering Detox programs globally. Passionate for health and wellbeing, I have an enthusiastic, friendly, professional and motivational approach – helping clients of all ages achieve and maintain their fitness and health goals. Now I am based between Saudi Arabia and London discovering this beautiful country and culture of Saudi Arabia.
