Atlas mountains and desert Agafay day trip is one of the best tours of Marrakech. On this day tour to Desert Agafay & Atlas Mountains, you will see the most unique and beautiful places: Atlas Mountains, Imlil Valley, Kik Plateau, and Aroumd Village and visit many Berber Villages where you will have tea with a Berber family and learn about their lifestyle. Walk to the waterfalls and see beautiful views of Mount Toubkal. On this tour, you have a chance to ride a camel and visit Argan women's cooperative.

ماذا ستفعل

The adventure begins with picking you up from your Riad/Hotel around 8:30 am and heading south towards the vast Agafay Desert. From here, start your experience by admiring the changing landscape along the way to the Atlas mountains, where you will also enjoy the luscious greenery. Arrive at the large village of Imlil located at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains to embark on a short hike through the Berber villages and visit the waterfalls before you head to a local Berber house where the family serves you a delicious lunch with a cup of Moroccan tea.

After lunch, we will go back to the center to drive through the incredible Kik Plateau. Next, we will enjoy a 30-minute camel ride and soak up views of the surrounding landscapes. After your ride, relax during a tea break inside a Berber tent in the Agafay Desert and learn about local Berber culture, as well as their traditions, history, and way of life.
At the end of the tour, we will go back to Marrakech, and the trek to Agafay Desert and Atlas Mountains will end by dropping you off at your hotel in Marrakech.
