A culturally-rich experience awaits you with local women masters in Bedouin cooking! Pamper your taste buds with healthy delicious food smelling heavenly. The fresh ingredients make every bite one that is addicting.

What you’re going to do

You will learn how to cook the local Bedouin desert food with a group of Disi local women in the traditional way. You can choose one of the following:

(A): for Non-vegetarians

  1. Main course making – Maglouba (contains chicken).
  2. Arabian salad making – fresh vegetables.
  3. Arabic bread baking – baked using the Convex metal sheet.
  4. Local sage tea – served after the food.

(B): for vegetarians

  1.  Main course making – meat/chicken-free cooked vegetables mix.
  2. Shaked Shanenah – sour liquid yogurt.
  3. Taboun Bread baking – baked using the Arabian taboun oven.
  4. Arabian Bedouin coffee - roasted coffee beans boiled on charcoal


*During this experience, Bedouin women will sing Bedouin songs.
