3-Day Tour from Ouarzazate to the Desert of Erg Chebbi and Vice Versa

This adventurous tour begins in Ouarzazate and continues along the Road of 1001 Kasbahs. If you wish to see erg Chebbi, then our Merzouga desert trip is for you since it will take you through the high Atlas, the gorges, and the enchanting erg Chebbi desert.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Ouarzazate - Valley of Roses - Dades Gorges - Toudra Gorges

After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel and driven from Ouarzazate to Skoura's palm grove through the Road of the Thousand Kasbahs (with a stop at Amrédhyle Kasbah). The Valley of the Roses will be the next destination. From there, we continue on our journey. We journey through the Valley of the Roses and encounter cave-dwelling nomads on a fifty-kilometer trip that begins at Kalaa M'gouna. We will have tea with them and will get the opportunity to discuss their customs with them while also having fun with their children. We begin our descent into the Dades Valley at the Kasbah of Ait Youl.

Following that, we proceeded on to the Dades Gorges for lunch. In the afternoon, drive through the Valley of the Dades to Boumalne, then on to Tinghir, where you will ultimately arrive to the Gorges of the Toudra. Kasbah for dinner and sleep.

Day 2: TOUDRA GORGES - TIDNJDAD - ERFOUD - RISSANI - MERZOUGA:

After breakfast and a walk along the Toudra gorges, we set off to meet Erfoud, passing through numerous villages Berberes Tinjdad, Touroug (lunch on the spot), and the Touroug, Erfoud marble capital and fossils in Morocco, and the Merzough. Then we travel to Morocco's most stunning dunes, the Merzouga Erg Chebbi, which are the highest in the country. Rest and take a cup of tea, and then get ready to ride on the dromedary as we head to the dunes to witness the sunset at 16:H. We'll be camping behind the enormous dunes of Erg Chebbi, which are around 1 hour and 30 minutes into the excursion. Dinner and overnight stay at Camp Bereber.

Day 3: Merzouga - Rissani - N'kob - Ouarzazate

We'll return to Ouarzazate via Rissani, where we'll stop to explore the town's old medina and market, which is often considered as the largest in Morocco's southern area. Then we'll continue down the route, passing past Berber communities like Alnif, Tazarine, and Nkob. Following that, we shall bequeath Morocco's greatest valley, the Draa Valley, which is located within the valley.
