A mindful experience to start your day off right, followed by an activity that is guaranteed to get your creative juices flowing. If you have never experienced meditation before, then this will be your chance!
The session will start with 15-20 minutes of guided Mindfulness Meditation with Salwaak, then continue to creating Mandala pieces in the following process:
- Introduction to the Art of Mandalas
- Sketching up some Mandalas on papers
- Fabric Coloring Technique
- Applying the Art on the Fabric
Please note that our Art Space is on the second floor so you need to use the stairs.
