Overnight Trip to Alexandria from Cairo (Private Tour)

ITINERARY
Day 1: Cairo / Alexandria sightseeing tour
Our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo at 7:00 AM, and then transfer you to enjoy an amazing day trip to Alexandria. First, we will visit Bibliotheca Alexandrina which is a major library and cultural center located on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea. After that, we'll move to the Royal Jewelry museum at Zizenia, and then proceed to have your lunch at a local restaurant. After finishing your first day in Alexandria our guide will transfer you to your accommodation hotel in Alexandria.

Meals : Lunch, and Dinner.

Day 2: Alexandria Sightseeing Tour / Cairo
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel to start another exciting tour with Pompey’s Pillar, It was constructed in honor of Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century. Originally from the temple of the Serapis, it was once a magnificent structure rivaling the Soma and the Caesarean. Then we will drive to visit the Catacombs at Kom El Shoqafa which is the largest Roman Cemetery consisting of three levels cut in the rock. Afterward, you'll have lunch at a local restaurant in Alexandria, and then we proceed to see the Qaitbay Citadel which was built on the site of pharaohs (lighthouse). Lastly, we will then drive you back to your hotel in Cairo.
