3 Days in Al Ahsa Oasis - A Captivating Tourist Destination

Day 1:

1. Meeting at Al Malaz Railway Station, we will head to Al Ahsa (Al Hofuf).
2. Arriving at Al Ahsa, you will have some time to rest at your accommodation.
3. Lunch at the traditional restaurant, Dar Basma.
4. Tour around Al Hofuf and Al-Mubarraz, the biggest city in Al Ahsa, and experience the following:
5. Pass by Qasr Ibrahim/Ibrahim Palace, the main architectural heritage from the Ottoman period in Al Hofuf.
6. Visit the Amiriya School, one of the oldest public schools built in the center of Al-Hofuf.
7. Visit Jawatha Mosque and Jawatha Park for the evening. The park is a child-friendly zone and you can partake in many fun activities. There is also a museum that features the history of the Kingdom.
   
   

Day 2:

1. Tour in the green oasis that contributed to making Al Ahsa the first UNESCO-listed city in the Gulf; you will certainly love its gardens, canals, springs, wells and small lake.
2. Visit Al Hasawi Flower Farm, a local farmer's life's work. 
3. Head to Al-Qara Hill and ride the 4x4 cars for a safari tour to Al-Asfar Lake. You will have a break above Abu Al-Masafir overlooking the lake.
4. Go back to Al-Qara Hill and visit the famous cave for some great photos!
5. Dinner at a local restaurant.
   
   

Day 3

1. Tour around the historic sites of Al Hofuf and do some shopping.
2. A special meal of traditional dishes served at Al Koot Heritage Hotel.
3. Visit Al Qaisariya Souq/Market with different products and handicrafts made by local people of Al Ahsa. Visiting the popular Al Sayyed Cafe is a must!
4. Visit the Handicraft Market and buy the red bread.
5. Head back towards the railway station to leave for Riyadh, marking the end of the experience.
