Arrival at Um Hamza’s traditional house, where you will be introduced to the ancient art of Jordanian baking.  Engage in baking bread on rocks and preparing taboon bread. Learn about the significance of these breads in Jordanian culture and the techniques used to bake them to perfection. Taste your freshly baked breads with local accompaniments like labneh and za'atar. The experience concludes with sharing stories and enjoying the warm, inviting atmosphere of Um Hamza's home.
