Cancellation Policy

• If the cancellation is done 10 days before the activity, an amount of 50 riyals will be deducted from the basic ticket value.

• 80% refund for cancellation 72 hours in advance.

• 40% refund for cancellation 48 hours in advance.

• Tickets are non-refundable when cancelled within 24 hours.

• The refund amount will be within 14 days from the submitted date.

• Any delay in time because of the coastguard will be compensated.
