After booking, your chosen host will receive an email with the details of your booking – once approved you will receive an email with your booking confirmation and receipt.

For Curators:

As you go through the process of creating your host account, you will be asked to attach a photo of your government ID (driver’s license, national identity card, passport) to help us verify your identity.

Absolutely, you can host either in-person or online experiences, or both! It’s completely up to you

Hosts will be asked to set up a cancellation policy, so if a customer wants to cancel a booking, they will have to notify us according to the policy. Based on the given timeframe, we will then decide on a full or partial refund, or no refund
